Avid Appointments has the ability to auto-confirm appointments or alternatively, appointments can be managed manually, whereby an assigned person must confirm each submitted appointment.
Avid Appointments integrates directly with the Google Calendar for each of your service providers. When a client makes an appointment through your website, the appointment time is blocked off and added to the Google Calendar of the Service provider. (Cancelled appointments are also removed.)
Do you have a Service Provider that only works certain days? No problem. Avid Appointments allows customized weekly schedules for any number of service providers. (See the Montego demo site for an example.)
Block off holiday closures for your entire business or just for individual service providers. Simply select the date (or a series of dates) that the business is closed or select a service provider and block off the dates that the provider is not available. Once dates are blocked off – no appointments can be made.

With Avid Appointments, it’s easy to set up schedules and book appointments for a wide variety of services. Set up a schedule for “Initial Consultations” and another for “Follow-up Sessions”, then assign service providers and start accepting appointments!
Most businesses are not single person operations. You may have several staff who each see clients at appointed times. With the Avid Appointments module, it’s simple to set up schedules and appointment times for a variety of service providers.
Administrators can manage client appointments manually. Move dates, adjust times and more.
Avid Appointments can be configured to send (single or multiple)reminder emails to clients. For example: Send an email 48 hours prior to an appointment and another 24 hours prior. You control the reminder email interval or whether you want reminders sent.
Need to have clients pay a fee to confirm their appointment? Avid Appointments can be integrated with your PayPal account, allowing the collection of a fee from clients at the time an appointment is booked. (This is an optional setting.)
Avid Appointments can be configured to allow your clients to digitally “Cancel” a previously booked appointment via a link sent in the confirmation email.
