Montego includes the Avid Appointments module! Out of the box, your business can begin taking appointments online from your clients and managing the booking calendars of your service providers in an efficient and easy to use workflow.

Our design team will work with you to custom design a unique look for your ‘Montego’ installation that incorporates your brand’s look and feel, while simultaneously ensuring that your site doesn’t look like a cookie-cutter product.
Montego includes a below-the-fold custom slider where you can present images, text and more to deliver a customized branding message about your business. Make a big impression as soon as a new client scrolls below the splash!
Montego includes a custom contact form allowing potential (and existing) clients a simple method to get in touch. Forms are submitted to an email address of your choice, but are also recorded in the Montego system for later retrieval. All in one convenient location.
And – if one form isn’t enough, additional forms are simple to create and activate.
Montego includes an easy-to-edit “Frequently Asked Questions” page, so you can address the most common question from clients, right at the outset. FAQ’s can include images, links and more.
The ‘Montego’ solution includes an embedded and interactive Google map with your business location clearly identified.
Log-in to your Google My Maps account (we’ll set this up for you if required) and add layers that can include locations, directions, images and more. Save – and your changes are instantly reflected on the your Montego site.

As part of setting up your Montego solution, AvidForm will configure the look and feel of your social accounts (Facebook and Twitter) to match your Web site. You’ll be Tweeting and Facebooking in a uniform fashion.

A basic Montego installation is $5750 for the initial design, configuration, set-up and launch. Hosting is $45 monthly for our Managed Hosting service.
Montego includes 4 hours of mentoring/training time – we do this through a combination of email, text, video-conferencing, etc.
A Bit of Fine Print: Mentoring time must be scheduled in advance and must be used within 8 weeks of your site launch. The time used is based on hours that AvidForm staff book, No refunds for unused Mentoring time. (use it or lose it).
